The Challenge
CS2’s client required a new office/storage facility in conjunction with HS2 works, for use in the medium term.
Our Birmingham team provided initial advice on the suitability of the Property for refurbishment considering the client’s needs.
CS2 further designed layouts to suit the client’s work requirements, tendered the proposed works, and currently awaiting the client’s decision to proceed with the contractor appointment. The team worked with the client to design layouts to suit their requirements, appointed relevant planning consultants, managing the full tender process.
The Solution
Ultimately, agreed both Landlord and Tenant packages of works to help save the client over £45,000.00 in essential works to be undertaken by the Landlord.
Positive Outcomes:
- Over £45,000.00 saved through CS2 negotiating the LL package of works.
- CS2 managed LL works in conjunction with the client’s refurbishment to help reduce costs and provide a quality end-product.
