The Challenge
In January it was announced that homelessness had been temporarily ended in Watford, going from more than 100 verified rough sleepers this time last year, to zero. This news comes as YMCA announce the extension and refurbishment of their existing space in the town.
CS2 were proudly involved in creating an additional 34 bespoke rooms plus engagement space over three floors of the existing YMCA Charter House hostel in Watford.
The Solution
CS2 acted as QS, alongside Project Managers and Employers Agent EEDN. This development is one of several that CS2 have worked on with YMCA, over the last 12 months.
