The Solution
CS2 Project Managed the design of the new Tesco Eco-Store close to the A14 in Newmarket. Permissions were obtained including a very challenging planning application. The scheme was then tendered by CS2, who then managed the scheme through to completion.
The project included the demolition of the existing Tesco store, the phasing of the car parking to ensure there was an adequate number of spaces at all times and the re-construction of the Tesco filling station, together with associated highways works.
The scheme was the featured store in Tesco’s 2017 Christmas advertising campaign.
