The Solution
CS2 have worked with Slurp Coffee Co to deliver a series of New Build and Refurbished Starbucks stores across the UK. On behalf of the developer, CS2 provided Project Management and Project Monitoring services on a variety of projects with differing budgets and time-scales.
Some of the projects we delivered include:
Rugby – CS2 were appointed by Slurp Coffee Co Limited to provide Project Monitoring to Developer’s works within the pretigious Elliotts Field Phase II development in Rugby. The project required the fit out to meet BREEAM excellent standard. CS2 have been involved in 4 No. similar projects for the client, with all now open to the public. There was a very tight deadline as the client required the store to open in time for the first week of December. The fit out was delivered in 3 ½ weeks and the store opened on time.
Nuneaton – CS2 were appointed by Slurp Coffee Co Limited to provide Project Monitoring to Landlord’s works and then the Project Management of the fit out for the refurbishment of a former restaurant, to convert to a drive-thru Starbucks. CS2 have been involved in 4 No. similar projects for the client, with all now open to the public. Conversion of vacant restaurant unit including installation of new drive thru lane and associated roadworks.
Gloucester – CS2 provided Contract Administration services for the construction of a new site for Starbucks, located on an occupied and heavilily utilised site. The project consisted of the closing-up of existing and the formation of two new bell mouths, which ajoin the highway. In our role, CS2 lisased with various stakeholders in respect of S278 Agreement and managed utilities providers for alterations to services in the highway.
