The Solution
CS2 have been instructed by Mayforth Developments and Peveril to provide Employers Agent & Quantity Surveying services on the redevelopment of the YMCA building in Central Milton Keynes.
The YMCA provides a number of ‘stages’ which assists young people to get off the streets and into purpose-built accommodation, find employment and provides life skills such financial management and cooking, as well as supporting their metal well-being.
The existing building is being transformed into 196 bedroomed accommodation, spread across 7 floors, for young people in need of housing. In addition to the homes, there will also be shops, a café, meeting rooms, training rooms, children’s nursery and car parking.
