The Challenge

As Contract Admin and Principal Designer for the full refurbishment of this commercial office space, CS2 were appointed with delivering the works within budget to maximise the clients future return on investment.  CS2 worked with the client’s challenge of transforming the property on a budget that ensuring maximum return on investment.

The Solution

Pre-contract – CS2 worked in partnership with the client and agents to produce an outline specification for the works and associated cost plan, to help steer the clients budget for the works.

During the works – CS2 worked closely with the design and project teams to ensure that the works were delivered on time and to budget.

The works were delivered for under £65sq.ft which included for the installation of new Mechanical and Electrical services throughout; and even a new roof!
