The Solution

CS2 Ltd were commissioned by the Landlord to provide strategic dilapidations advice and act as contract administrator for the CAT A refurbishment of the entire 14,000sqft of office space at 5 Richbell Place, London.

Some of the key successes achieved over the course of the project included:

– We recovered over 90% of the Landlords costs of the works upon settlement of the Dilapidations claim

– The full refurbishment of the building was delivered under budget at approximately £45/sqft.

– The Landlord secured a long-term lease with a single occupant, for the entire property, following completion of the works.
