CS2 are thrilled to have welcomed a variety of new starters in the last few months, as well as also celebrating a range of achievements from our existing staff; all of which has helped us to stay positive in these confusing and uncertain times.
Northampton
In our Northampton Headquarters, we were delighted to report that Associate Director Jonathon Grove and Senior Quantity Surveyor Chris Munns passed their APC’s and are now Chartered Surveyors! Both Jonny and Chris have years of experience in the industry and could put anyone to the test in terms of their technical knowledge.
Thanks to the support of the shareholders, CS2 now have a very credible APC structure. The entire CS2 team support our applicants through the APC process, but special thanks must be extended to Eunice Wilson for her support work and guidance.
We were also proud to announce that Northampton Trainee, Harry Rowe has now finished University and has obtained a 1st Class Honours Degree. Harry said: “CS2 provided me with two weeks work experience in 2012 alongside Director Alan Edge. I kept in touch with CS2 over the following years and undertook a two year HNC qualification in Construction Management at Moulton College. The HNC secured me a Trainee position at CS2 Northampton in 2016, within my first year, I enrolled on to the RICS accredited BSc Honours Degree in Building Surveying at Coventry University. Over the last three years I attended the University on a once a week basis and graduated in June 2020 with a First Class Honours Degree. The Degree now allows me to enter in to the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence Programme, where I hope to become a Chartered Building Surveyor in the near future.”
CS2 Northampton also look forward to welcoming Will Cardall who joins the team as a Graduate Building Surveyor at the start of September.
