CS2 are supporting CLIC Sargent and Harry’s Rainbow as their charities for 2015

We are pleased to announce that 38 members of staff voted in our recent poll for our charity of 2015. It was a tie between Harry’s Rainbow and CLIC Sargent so we have elected to have two charities of the year for 2015.

“Harry’s Rainbow are delighted to have been chosen by CS2, as one of their charities to support this year. Raising awareness of our charity is as important as raising funds and will help us to gain support and access other families that may need our support in the local area of Milton Keynes. We support bereaved children in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas by offering trips, activities and a monthly Rainbow group. We have also recently purchased a holiday home to enable us to provide breaks to children and their families. We are very grateful for this opportunity.” Odette Mould, Harry’s Rainbow.

Our other charity CLIC Sargent is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families. They provide clinical, practical, financial and emotional support to help them cope with cancer and get the most out of life.

We have been raising money for the charities by having dress down Friday every week, and receiving £1 donations from those who participate. We also had our first charity bake sale of the year on Thursday 19^th March, employees kindly donated cakes so that all the donations could go to our charities!
