Will joined the team in 2020, working within our Northampton Office. He currently assists the division with a wide range of Building Surveying services.
Will is a multi-disciplinary Building Surveyor undertaking core building surveying competencies, including the preparation of schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes.
Alongside assisting the wider building surveying team, Will is part of CS2’s established APC process and is currently studying to achieve his chartered status in early 2024.
Will also assists the CS2 ISO team by completing monthly reports auditing the BS team in Northampton and Edinburgh.
