OUR PEOPLE

George recently joined the team as a Trainee Building Surveyor, working within our Northampton Office. He currently assists the division with a wide range of Building Surveying services, alongside his University studies.

• George’s role includes the assistance to Senior Surveyors in core building surveying competencies, including the preparation of schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes.
• Alongside assisting the wider building surveying team, George is part of CS2’s established APC process and is currently studying to achieve his chartered status.
• George is trained in AutoCAD with the ability to produce detailed construction drawings for Planning, Building Regulations, Building Warrant and Listed Building Consent applications.
