Richard is a director, heads up our Milton Keynes office and has over 20 years’ experience within the commercial property industry.

• Richard acts in the role of employer’s agent, project manager, contract administrator and project monitor on major building and refurbishment projects.

• Richard is skilled in design and specification of commercial new build and refurbishment projects.

• Richard is skilled in providing due diligence services to clients regarding the acquisition of portfolios, property stock and individual buildings.

• Richard can undertake the full range of professional services including dilapidations advice, building inspections for schedules of condition, planned maintenance, defect analysis etc., for all types of commercial property.
