Adam Bardell is a Director based in our Milton Keynes Office. With 20 years’ experience within the property industry, Adam is an expert in Dilapidations and Due Diligence.

• Adam’s experience spans the retail, industrial, office and high-end residential sectors, where he works closely with building owners, funds, investors and occupiers. He specialises in dilapidations work, acting for both landlord and tenant clients, preparing schedules and resolving negotiations.
• He prides himself on providing a consistently high level of service to his clients and has a track record of achieving excellent settlements.
• Adam often carries out Due Diligence work for investors and occupiers alike, highlighting remedial works transactions.
