As an Associate Director, Matt Cochrane is an outstanding Key Client Manager and Building Surveyor operating in the Northampton area.

He has over 12 years’ experience within the construction industry and most recently has gained invaluable experience acting as Key Client Manager on numerous projects for both Northamptonshire County Council and Northampton Borough Council.

He is passionate about his projects leaving a lasting and positive impact on the fabric of his local community and takes great professional enjoyment from collaborating with and working on behalf local authority clients, understanding their drivers and challenges.

• Matt is responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, managing projects from small scale shop fit outs to multi million-pound refurbishment schemes.
• Matt provides project monitoring services for a range of clients, protecting their investments, on large scale developments.
• Matt is also Key Client Manager for numerous major high street retailers, implementing new store concepts and managing their shop fit roll out programmes across the UK.
• Matt has been responsible for the project management of numerous major residential and commercial construction projects including office headquarters and distribution warehouses.
• Matt also undertakes the full range of professional building surveying services, including the preparation of schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes.
