OUR PEOPLE

Mark recently joined the team as a Trainee Building Surveyor, following a career change. He is working within our Northampton Office, whilst completing his course at Nottingham Trent University. He currently assists the division with a wide range of Building Surveying services.

• As a trainee, Mark assists the Building Surveying team with services including the preparation of schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes.
• Before joining CS2, Mark’s career background includes sales and business development roles within the property industry, where he worked with his key clients to deliver tailored and efficient results.
• Mark is an experienced relationship manager and prides himself on being an effective communicator and expert key client manager.
