James Peel holds the position of Director at CS2 and has over 40 years’ experience within the construction and property industry. James heads up the Quantity Surveying team within our Milton Keynes Office.

James’ experience includes the provision of full cost consultancy services to a variety of clients across a broad range of sectors and building types.

• James provides full pre and post contract cost consultancy services to a varied range of both local and national clients.
• James is skilled in providing construction procurement and contractual arrangement advice appropriate to the individual client’s requirements.
• James provides building reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes across a varied portfolio of property types.

His key clients include; DSV-Panalpina, Northampton Borough Council, University of Northampton, Dixons Carphone and Greencore.
