Duncan is an Associate Director at CS2 Limited’s Edinburgh Office and has over 19 years qualified experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor.
Duncan’s key skills include dilapidations, contract administration, schedules of condition and technical due diligence. His extensive experience also includes a 150,000 sq ft tenant dilapidation where the landlords’ claim was served upon the client to the value of over £3m. After the inspection, Satisfactory settlement was achieved in quick timescales to give the client accounting certainty and the case was settled, saving 63%.
Interests
Outside of work, Duncan is a keen badminton player and enjoys exploring Scotlands’ many walks and lochs.
