Associate Director, Chris Munns has been part of the QS team since its inception in 2009. A graduate of the College of Estate Management, his experience includes the production of Bills of Quantities, Cost Management Services and Reinstatement Cost Assessments mainly in the commercial, residential and education sectors. Previously Chris worked in the agency side of the property industry before retraining in Quantity Surveying. He recently became a Chartered Quantity Surveyor after passing his APC.
Passionate supporter of Northampton Saints and a keen footballer who enjoys snowboarding.
