Chris has worked in construction consultancy for 17 years, with 12 years’ Experience as a Building Surveyor & Project Manager.

Chris is a multi-disciplinary Building Surveyor undertaking core building surveying competencies; including the preparation, agreement and settlement of Wants of Repairs, Interim, Terminal, Costed & Un-costed Schedules of Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition Surveys & Reports, Building Inspection surveys & Reports, Preparation of Schedule of Condition reports, Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes, Contract Administration, Project Management, Principal Designer and CDM consultancy.

Chris has a broad and varied experience within the retail construction sector, working with Retailers to deliver complex, multi-site roll out refurbishment programmes, and providing Project Management consultancy.

Enjoys mountain biking, trekking, climbing and going to the pub, but dislikes being asked for I.D. despite being 31!
