Andrew is a Director based in CS2’s Northampton office, with over 20 years of experience of working in commercial real estate and advising leading property funds, property companies and occupiers throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

Andrew is highly skilled in landlord and tenant work, pre-purchase advice, technical due diligence and project delivery, providing support and advice to ensure potential risks are managed, including the implications of energy efficiency and improvement works. Whether it is settling a dilapidations claim or delivering a refurbishment project, every day brings a new challenge.

Property is ever-changing and in the coming years there will be an exciting evolution of property types and sectors. With a proven track record of supporting our clients, the most rewarding part of my job is working with clients to solve their property challenges and pushing innovation with the adoption of new technologies.
