The Solution
Our role was to react to a fast track development procurement process & undertake a technical due diligence process prior to commencement of the works and report robustly to the investor on any statutory, cost, time or quality risks with the proposed development project. Following completion of this initial TDD we engaged to work with the developer, consultants and D & B Contractor team to deliver the 60,000 sq. ft distribution facility, with 160 car, 150 van and 26 HGV parking spaces. The development was built on a remediated brownfield development site within 32 weeks, including granting early access for the logistics occupier, DPD to commence installation of their sophisticated sortation equipment and office fit out.
