Will recently joined the team as a Graduate Building Surveyor, working within our Northampton Office. He currently assists the division with a wide range of Building Surveying services.
- Will is a multi-disciplinary Building Surveyor undertaking core building surveying competencies, including the preparation of schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes.
- Alongside assisting the wider building surveying team, Will is part of CS2’s established APC process and is currently studying to achieve his chartered status.
- Will is trained in AutoCAD with the ability to produce detailed construction drawings for Planning, Building Regulations, Building Warrant and Listed Building Consent applications
