Following feedback from our respective Client contacts and a comprehensive industry analysis it became apparent that an added value service offering was required in the Residential Sector.

That’s why in 2020 CS2 are launching ‘Delivering Homes’, in collaboration with MTP Pre-Contract Services and Torrin Asset Management; two organisations that we have a well established and working relationship with.

This exciting initiative provides Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Institutional Investors and Private Developers alike, with a guaranteed Senior point of contact from initial land identification through to the conclusion of the defect’s liability period, which is a key differentiator of our service offering, including;

• Feasibility, Pre-Acquisition Investigations, Planning/Scheme Optimisation, Main Contractor Procurement, Construction Phase Management and Funding where required.

A key factor that impacts on Public Sector Clients in particular is OJEU Legislation, and we are pleased to be recognised as registered suppliers with Bloom, an OJEU compliant Framework that offers direct award opportunities at zero cost to registered Clients.
