CS2 were recently appointed to provided pre-handover inspections for a social housing provider to ensure works were completed to standard and to agreed specification.
The Solution
CS2 worked closely with developers to ensure all issues were captured and a plan implemented to resolve quickly and efficiently.
This achieved a more efficient process when tenants moved in and allowed the client to not have to deal with snagging issues once customers were in the properties.
