Refurbishment of the Fire Damaged Peel Centre Retail Units

In 2011 the Peel Centre, which was housed by the Furniture Warehouse, was devastated by a major blaze and has been left vacant for years. In 2016 new plans were approved by Wolverhampton council allowing the site to be redeveloped and CS2 are appointed as Employers Agent, managing the project for our client.

CS2 looked at the site when the client initially acquired it and are about to hand one unit over to JD Sports, with the remaining units due to be ready towards the end of next month, which will become the largest Iceland store in the UK.
