David Jay is a Founding Director of CS2 and has over 30 years’ experience within the commercial property industry. David’s experience majors in the provision of strategic dilapidations advice to a variety of clients across a full range of sectors and building types.

David Jay’s main role at CS2 is the maintenance of existing client relationships and the introduction of new business to the company.  Based in Northampton he runs a team of highly skilled building surveyors.  At CS2 he is also responsible for all financial aspects of the company along with H&S.  David has worked at CS2 since 1999 and his experience majors in the provision of strategic dilapidations advice to a variety of clients across a full range of sectors and building types.

David’s favourite part of the job is the delivery of seamless solutions to client’s property needs and securing great results for landlords and tenants on dilapidations claims. He believes the key to success is to “always under promise and over deliver”.

After exhausting thrill seeking exploits including parachute jumping, white water rafting and bungee jumping, David now passes his spare time playing squash, cycling and fly fishing.
