TM44 inspections are conducted by accredited assessors whom are qualified air conditioning engineers, with extensive knowledge and experience of the operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems and associated air conditioning inspections. All Air Conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more than 12kw must be regularly inspected by an energy assessor, with inspections spaced no more than 5 years apart.
