Building Research Establishment Environmental (BREEAM) is one of the leading and most widely used methodologies for assessing a buildings environmental impact throughout the different stages of its life cycle. BREEAM comprehensively evaluates the impact and strategies across a variety of areas, key to sustainability. CS2 utilise the BREEAM Assessment Method for analysing a client’s carbon foot print and to build a holistic sustainability plan.
