The Solution
The works were due to be instructed prior to the UK going into national lockdown. Due to the uncertainty of the timescales and restrictions of the lockdown, the client was cautious to instruct the full refurbishment.
CS2 suggested instructing an initial strip out package of works which allowed us to be three weeks ahead when works were eventually instructed. This allowed the client to market the unit earlier.
