The Solution
CS2 were instructed to coordinate a programme of refurbishment works at a Victorian Factory building in West London.
Works included the sympathetic refurbishment of office areas, creation of new WC facilities in historic storage locations, roof and window replacement, removal of pain from brickwork and general re-pointing to masonry etc.
Positive Outcomes
- Assisted owner to increase rent with the building being fully let
