The Solution
CS2 have worked with the Landlord and Asset Manager over several years to provide specialist advice relating to external repair and maintenance of the multi let space, formerly the college of St Paul (1863) in Stoney Stratford.
CS2 have provided planned maintenance reports as the basis for managing annual maintenance, and coordinated , specified and procured specialist works including window and roof repairs.
Internal office space has also been refurbished in a sympathetic matter retaining the character and appeal of the historic site.
