The Solution

CS2 provided due diligence advice at acquisition, followed by full design and cost consultancy services, breathing new life into this three-storey office facility in Newmarket.

Works included the installation of a new feature staircase along with a three-storey lift in order to open previously un-used parts of the building, increasing the lettable area.

Early advice from our in-house cost consultants along with the managing agents advice on the value of the increased office space enabled CS2 to set a budget for the architectural team to work to in the development of the design and specification.
Jonny Grove was able to work closely with the managing agents and local agents to deliver a market led solution which is already attracting great interest.
