The Solution
CS2 were commissioned to carry out internal stock condition surveys for Northampton Partnership homes.
As part of this, we carried out 250 Surveys for the housing provider. This allowed them to see the internal component condition of their stock to plan there 5 year capital investment program.
CS2 provided a completed, pre-populated spreadsheet of all internal components to both houses and flats. We also included photos of all internal areas of the property and flagged up any H&S issues that we may of identified while on site.
