CS2 were appointed by The York Roast Co. to provide project management, cost consultancy, and design services for the full refurbishment of their flagship restaurant and office in York. With a variety of Grade II listed features to retain and protect, CS2’s expertise in fit-out and refurbishment of historic buildings ensured that clear lines of communications remained throughout. Strict processes were followed to develop the clients brief, procure the works, and project manage the works from start to completion resulting in a successful project delivery, on time, and within budget.
