The Challenge

CS2 acted as Project Manager and Contract Admin for the Flood Reinstatement Works of the Ground Floor of a Hotel Building for Travelodge, Falkirk.

The key challenge of this project related to the Insurance reinstatement of a leased hotel premises following flood damage. There were also multiple stakeholders in project with input on client brief – Loss Adjustors and Occupational Tenant. CS2’s team had to consider the client’s potential loss of rent and earnings claims up to completion of reinstatement.

The Solution

Our specialist team iaised with all stakeholders in premises and project, balancing the Tenant’s requirements with Loss Adjustors authorised scope to achieve a satisfactory solution for all.
