The Challenge
Our client needed to make a quick decision on whether they were going to acquire this large warehouse unit. Speedy due diligence was required in order to assist the client with their decision making process.
The Solution
From instruction CS2 inspected and provided the Building Inspection report giving the client, XPO Logistics (formally Norbert Dentressangle), detailed conclusions and recommendations on the building. CS2 assisted the client with their speedy turnaround by providing this report within a 3 week deadline.
CS2 were later instructed to assess the dilapidations liability with regard to the clients occupation of the units. Based upon the condition of the unit at the time of their previous inspection, CS2 were able to provide the client with an estimated cost for the potential claim to be received from the landlord.
