Due diligence was required quickly prior to AXA’s purchase of the operational asset.
The Solution
CS2 rapidly surveyed and reported the property, and followed up recommendations to the client by providing schedules of work for the vendor to complete. A building inspection report was provided quickly, and was followed up by remedial works advice, specification and negotiation.
