CS2 were instructed on a turnkey project which involved negotiating a dilapidations claim and then project management, employer’s agent and cost management of the repair and refurbishment a six storey building in Aston, Birmingham.
The works comprised the complete strip out of the previous tenant’s fit out which included removal of floor finishes, ceiling finishes, internal partitions, existing M&E installations, followed by a full CAT B fit out. This included new communal WC facilities on each floor and marketing suite, new suspended ceiling & M&E installation. The project was delivered successfully within an 9 week programme, to a high standard and within the original feasibility budget.
