The Challenge

Our client required detailed due-diligence in connection with the acquisition of Basildon House. They looked to CS2 to prepare and co-ordinate the information needed to support the decision making of their proposed investment of this 50,000sqft property .

The Solution

CS2 visited the site and undertook a thorough survey of the property and produced an executive summary report within 5 working days.

The detailed building acquisition report followed 5 days thereafter.  Within the report, CS2 co-ordinated and reviewed various sub-consultants in respect of the property’s mechanical and electrical installations, while satisfying the client’s environmental credentials. CS2 provided the single point of contact required by the client and pro-actively ensured all information provided by third parties was of a suitable quality and detail in order to make the appropriate recommendations.
