The Challenge

CS2 were instructed to prepare and co-ordinate the information needed to support the decision making of their proposed investment. CS2 visited the site and undertook a thorough survey of the property to produce an executive summary report within 5 working days, and the detailed building acquisition report followed 5 days after. CS2 co-ordinated and reviewed various sub-consultants in respect of the property’s mechanical and electrical installations, while satisfying the client’s environmental credentials. CS2 provided the single point of contact and pro-actively ensured all information provided by third parties was detailed to make appropriate recommendations.
