The Challenge
Our client planned a fit-out across all five floors of this prestigious central London office. Facing challenges such as the removal of internal staircases and the infilling of voids whilst floor space was occupied, Apax required expert project management of the £2 million project.
The Solution
As an expert project manager, CS2 worked closely with Apax’s internal facilities management team, and legal and accountancy advisors to successfully agree a licence to alter with the landlord and superior landlord. Competitive tenders were then obtained by CS2 to maximise value for the client. CS2’s strength in project management, cost and building consultancy ensured clear channels of communication remained throughout the project, with all interested parties, delivering a successful project on programme and within budget.
