Congratulations to the Northampton Young Professionals (NNYP) who took part in a 16k hike in the Peak District to support Crash Construction Charity on the 21st April.
The circular trail started in the centre of Hayfield and ended at Kinder Scout with a peak elevation of 636m which took approximately 4.5 hours to complete.
NNYP raised a total of £558 for Crash Construction Charity
Why Crash?
CRASH was established in 1996 and helps homeless charities and hospices with vital construction projects. They unite the construction industry by channelling the professional expertise, construction products and donations from their supporters to:
- Transform hostels, day centres, night shelters and move-on accommodation for homeless people across the UK.
- Create caring environments where children and adults, who need end of life care in a hospice, can spend precious time together with their families.
- Deliver meaningful social impact between companies and charities to create a more caring society.
If you are a ‘Young’ Professional in the Northamptonshire/MK area, and interested in becoming part of the NNYP networking group, please contact Gabby or view other CS2 events here.
