OUR PEOPLE

Patricia is a building surveyor based in CS2’s London Office. After recently completing her degree and joining the team as a Graduate, Patricia assists the London team in a variety of building surveying services.

Patricia is passionate about working in the built environment and is currently working towards passing her APC and becoming a chartered surveyor.

• Patricia is undertaking graduate-level tasks providing assistance and support to her colleagues.
• Patricia assists in preparing Building Surveys for a range of clients in the commercial and retail sectors.
• Since joining she has also assisted the team with aspects of development monitoring of a new build residential development. As part of her role, Patricia attends site inspections with various members of the team on a regular basis and assists the team with the preparation of schedules of dilapidations, building survey reports, and measured surveys.
