Mithun is a Director and Office Head of London, with over 20 years’ experience spanning across the commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors, where he works closely with building owners, investment funds, investors, property agents and occupiers. He manages a team of highly experienced and skilled building surveyors acting for a range of clients operating in the London/Greater London areas and across the UK.

• Mithun acts as project manager, contract administrator and employer’s agent on commercial projects from inception and feasibility, through to construction and/or refurbishments of offices (Cat A & B), warehouses and retail assets.
• Mithun acts as employer’s agent and development monitoring surveyor on small and large new build residential developments across the UK for a variety of investors and housing associations from pre-contract development agreements through to construction.
• Mithun acts in an advisory and expert capacity in relation to dilapidations, acting on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants (settling in excess of £5million+ dilapidations claims in recent years).
• Mithun provides technical due diligence services for clients acquiring buildings ensuring that reports are tailored to the client’s investment aspirations
• Mithun provides all the technical building consultancy and surveying proficiencies you would expect of an experienced chartered surveyor, with his own unique approach, working in partnership with clients to deliver practical and commercially focused solutions

During his spare time, Mithun enjoys exploring other cultures through travelling, mountain biking, plays football and can be seen on the golf course, although with two young boys, his time is mainly spent trying to keep them both entertained!
