OUR PEOPLE

Josh joined the company in 2022 and is training to be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Josh is based in CS2’s Manchester office, and on sites across the country gaining practical experience within the Cost Consultancy team. Alongside this, Josh studies part time at the University of Salford doing a Masters in Quantity Surveying.

• In his previous role, Josh gained experience in Property Management for a Private Landlord.
• He has experience in Project Management of Residential Development and Refurbishment schemes for private property portfolios.
• At CS2, Josh is undertaking graduate level tasks providing assistance and support to his colleagues.
• Josh aids the QS team in both pre and post contract quantity surveying services including new build schemes and refurbishment. This includes collating tender packages, interim valuations and financial reporting.
• Josh also assists the CS2 ISO team by completing monthly reports auditing the QS team in Manchester.
