OUR PEOPLE

George joined the team back in 2021 as a Trainee Building Surveyor, working within our Northampton Office. He has recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University and has been promoted to Building Surveyor. He manages and assists the division with a wide range of building surveying services.

George is a multi-disciplinary Building Surveyor undertaking core building surveying competencies, including the preparation of schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance programmes.

Alongside assisting the wider building surveying team, George is part of CS2’s established APC process and is currently studying to achieve his chartered status.

George is trained in AutoCAD with the ability to produce detailed construction drawings for Planning, Building Regulations, Building Warrant and Listed Building Consent applications.
