OUR PEOPLE

Amanda joined CS2 in 2009 and is now an Associate Director, based in our Northampton Office, working over 10 years within the construction industry. She then moved into the Cost Consultancy division in 2011 in which Amanda then retrained through the University College of Estate Management attaining her AssocRICS status in 2015 and completing an honours degree in Quantity Surveying in 2019.

Amanda works with a diverse client base including private developers, insurance companies and building owners in a variety of sectors including Residential, Education and Banking. Her main experience lies in providing Pre & Post Contract Consultancy services from Procurement Strategy Advice through to completion of the final account.

Amanda’s most recent achievement has been to support a well established building society with Cost Consultancy services to deliver a multi-site roll out refurbishment programme over 3 years. 

Interests
Amanda loves spending time with her family, especially with her Grandson, and enjoys walking her two dogs, Molly and Melody, around the local country park. When she’s not working, Amanda loves going to the cinema and binging a good series on Netflix or losing herself in a good book. She is a passionate Scot and often visits Murrayfield to watch the Scotland Rugby team.
