CS2’s life began in Northampton in 1999, as a small team of specialist building and quantity surveyors. Leaving a very large multi-disciplinary practice we shared a passion: To deliver the most innovative and customer focused surveying and consultancy services to our clients.

A growing team of over 60 experts, based in Northampton, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Milton Keynes, London and Edinburgh, allowed us to establish an unrivalled reputation for delivering expert advice that is both practical and commercially focused.

Our services include construction consultancy, building surveying, dilapidations and cost consultancy, covering a range of sectors – from retail and industrial, to residential and defence. Because we’re independent, clients can rely on complete discretion, integrity and impartiality.

History

Throughout our history we have worked on a broad and exciting range of projects across the UK, it is also what encourages our clients and staff to stay with us a long time. Many of our employees have been working within CS2 from the beginning and there are others who started their careers with us. This enables us to offer consistency to our clients, providing them with more then just a service provider but a trusted advisor.

CS2 was formed in Northampton 1999 by a small team of building surveyors who had a vision to deliver an unrivaled and innovative service to clients.

Since then, the firm has grown at a rapid pace and now consists of a network of six offices across the UK, including Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester, Milton Keynes and Northampton. With over 60 members of staff, CS2 are a leading commercial building and cost consultancy practice to the property and construction industry.

We have been advising investors, developers, occupiers and owners since inception and can therefore offer you a strong track record in commercial property and construction consultancy.
