The Challenge
Apax demanded a high level of skill and cost control to project manage a £2 million office scheme within a short timescale. The client required complex documentation and challenging negotiations surrounding the licence for alteration and other consents with various interested parties to oversee the success of the project.
The Solution
CS2 provided Apax with resolute documentation to ensure that the planning application and tendered scheme was commenced within a narrow timescale of six weeks. This involved completing works over the Christmas and New Year holidays. After obtaining successful planning application the project was delivered within the requested time frame of 25 weeks.
To deliver the scheme within budget, CS2 provided expert cost consultancy services alongside project management of the alterations.
CS2 continues to assist Apax in extracting capital allowance data from the final account and oversees works by in-going tenants.
