Michael Warren is an Associate Director at CS2 and joined the Bristol office in 2024. He has worked in the property industry for over 20 years, is experienced in all aspects of core Building Surveying matters and has worked across a range of sectors.

Michael has delivered Technical Due Diligence and Planned Maintenance Reporting for a range of clients across the public and private sector and has gained direct experience inspecting and reporting on the condition of sports facilities, gyms, leisure centres and swimming pools on behalf of a number of Local Authorities, further education colleges, the MOD and private operators.

A RICS Registered Expert Witness, his main focus and expertise lies in the fields of building defects and landlord and tenant disputes.
